California Alliance of Caregivers advocates for support and services for families caring for youth in and from foster care so that youth who are in foster care or have experienced foster care can heal and thrive. The Permanent Foster Care Rate Structure is a huge victory brought about by years of advocacy and participation by caregivers who have shared their experiences with decision-makers. We look forward to the next stage of advocacy in bringing to life the goals set forth in this ambitious plan to support foster youth. Read more from a recent press release here.
